It's common for the wait time for a visit to be very extensive or vague, but Justin was able to fit us in reasonably quick. On the day he arrived the weather was not ideal, but he carried on through undaunted. He was working alone for this appointment but he was able to tackle trimming several large trees (a huge weeping willow, two full grown blue spruce trees and two maples) and cutting down one small dying tree within one day. He was very methodical and efficient the entire time, but still found time to ask for our input when needed.
